Straight answers to the hard questions.

Cost, quality, time zones, accents, data and contracts. If your question isn’t here, ask it on a strategy call.

01

Cost and packages

How much does Trifecta cost?

We quote every package to your market, channels and volume, so there is no public price list. On a strategy call we ask about your deal size, your target buyers and how many meetings you need, then send a written quote. Most owners compare it with the year-one cost of an in-house SDR, which you can estimate with the calculator on our packages page.

Why don’t you publish prices?

Because two campaigns rarely cost the same. Calling facility managers in one Texas metro is a different job from booking demos with VPs of IT across California. A fixed price would mean either overcharging small campaigns or cutting corners on hard ones. A quote takes one 20-minute call.

Is it cheaper than hiring an SDR in-house?

For most small and mid-sized B2B teams, yes. An in-house SDR carries a salary, commission, payroll taxes, benefits, tools and months of ramp before they book steadily. With Trifecta you skip recruiting and ramp, and the tools and management come with the package. Our cost breakdown shows when in-house is still the better choice.

Do you charge per meeting?

Our packages are a monthly retainer, not pay-per-meeting. Pay-per-meeting models push agencies to book anyone who will say yes, and you pay for it in no-shows and bad fits. We are paid to book meetings that pass BANT, and we report every call so you can see the work behind them.

02

Quality of meetings

What counts as a qualified meeting?

One where the person has a budget or a clear way to get one, can sign or brings the person who does, has a problem you solve, and plans to decide within your sales window. We agree the exact bar with you on the discovery call and write it into the script. Read our BANT guide for the questions we use.

What happens if a prospect doesn’t show up?

Every meeting gets a calendar invite, a confirmation and a reminder before it starts. If someone still no-shows, we contact them to rebook, and the no-show appears in your weekly report so you can see the rate.

What do I get with each booked meeting?

A calendar invite plus a short handoff note in your CRM: who they are, their company, what they said about budget, authority, need and timeline, the objection they raised, and why they agreed to meet. You walk in knowing the deal.

Can I hear the calls?

Yes, where the dialer records and the law allows it. Recording rules differ by state (California requires every party’s consent), so we follow the strictest rule for each call. You can also listen in live during the first weeks.

03

Our team, time zones and accents

Where is your team based?

Our three partners live in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu, Nigeria, and work remotely on US business hours. We say so up front because it is a strength: experienced people, US hours and a lower cost than a US-based hire.

How do you cover US business hours from Nigeria?

Nigeria is five hours ahead of Florida in summer and six in winter, six or seven ahead of Texas, and eight or nine ahead of California. A 9 to 5 Eastern day runs from 2pm to 10pm in Lagos during US daylight time. Our workday is built around your buyers’ hours, not ours.

Will my prospects understand your callers?

English is Nigeria’s official language and the language of business there, and each partner has spent years on calls with US business owners. Judge for yourself: the strategy call is with a partner, and you can listen to live calls in the first weeks.

Who actually works on my account?

One partner owns your campaign from discovery to reporting and is your point of contact. You are never handed to an anonymous call center.

04

Data, tools and contracts

Who owns the lists and data?

You do. Lists built for your campaign, call notes and CRM records belong to you, and we work inside your CRM wherever possible. If we part ways, you keep everything.

Which CRMs and dialers do you work with?

HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and Zoho on the CRM side, and dialers like RingCentral, Dialpad and Aircall. If you have no CRM yet, our CRM setup service gets one running before launch.

How long is the contract?

Term length is set out in your written quote before you sign anything. Outbound needs a few weeks of testing to show what works, so we will be clear with you about what to expect in month one versus month three.

How fast can we start?

Plan on two to three weeks from the first call to the first dials. That time goes into your ideal customer profile, list building, scripts and, for email, warming up sending domains.

05

Compliance

Is cold calling businesses legal?

Yes, with rules. Federal law (the TCPA) and state laws in Florida, Texas and California set calling hours, do-not-call rules and limits on autodialers and texts. We scrub lists against the National Do Not Call Registry where it applies, honour opt-outs, and follow each state’s rules. See our compliance page.

Do you follow CAN-SPAM and the Gmail and Yahoo sender rules?

Yes. Every cold email identifies the sender, includes a physical address and a working unsubscribe, and goes out from authenticated domains (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) at volumes that keep spam complaints low.
