Every Monday I build the sales report by hand in Excel.
Pulling numbers from a dialer, an email tool and a CRM eats hours, and the report is out of date by Wednesday. Reports built by hand stop getting built.
We build a simple dashboard from your CRM that shows activity, conversion and pipeline every week. You see what is working, what isn't, and what to fix next.

Every Monday I build the sales report by hand in Excel.

Our reps say they're busy, but meetings are down.
Activity without conversion data hides the real problem. You can't tell if it is the list, the script, the offer or the follow-up.
I can't tell which lead source actually turns into revenue.
If lead source isn't captured at entry and carried through to closed deals, every channel looks equally good, and budget goes to the loudest one.
The forecast is whatever the sales team says it is.
Without stage definitions and aging data, forecasts rest on gut feel. You plan hiring and cash on a number nobody can defend.
Gartner research. Bad data leads to bad reports and bad decisions.
MarketingSherpa data in HubSpot's database decay simulation.
A gap most firms never measure. Harvard Business Review, 2011, 2,241 firms audited.
What you don't measure, you can't fix, and most of these leaks are invisible until someone puts them on one page.

We build reports inside the CRM you already use, on data your team already enters. No new tool to learn.
One page in HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or Zoho with activity, conversion, pipeline and wins. Everyone looks at the same numbers.
Dials to conversations, conversations to meetings, meetings to proposals, proposals to wins. You see exactly where deals fall out.
Lead source captured at entry and carried to closed deals, so you know which channel, campaign or list produces revenue, not just leads.
Deals by stage, age in stage, deals with no next step, and forecast by expected close month.
We find the missing fields and broken logging that make reports wrong, and fix them at the source.

Here is the weekly report we build for outbound programs. It fits on one screen and reads top to bottom like the funnel.
Each number is shown against last week and the four-week average, so one bad Tuesday doesn't trigger panic and a slow decline doesn't hide.
The report lands in your inbox every Monday morning and lives as a dashboard in your CRM.
A funnel report is a diagnosis tool. Here is how we read it with clients:
Dashboards fail when people argue about what the numbers mean. Before we build, we agree with you on:
Write these down once and every report after that is faster and more honest.
These definitions also protect you from vanity numbers, ours included. If an agency reports "meetings" but nobody agreed what a meeting is, the number can mean anything. When the definition is written in your CRM, a meeting is a meeting, and you can audit every one. We hold our own outbound work to the same rules, so the report on what we do for you is as strict as the report on your team.
We keep the definitions on the dashboard itself, one line each, so a new hire or a board member reading the report knows exactly what each number counts.
About two to three weeks from first call to first dials. The full process →
01We ask what decisions you want the report to help you make, and look at the data you have today.
02We check fields, stages and logging in your CRM and list what needs fixing for the numbers to be right.
03We fix the data at the source, build the reports in your CRM, and set the weekly email.
04We walk through the first reports with you and adjust what you look at until it drives real decisions.
Before Trifecta, Safiya turned inbound marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads at a US business-services firm, work that lives or dies on tracking each step of the funnel.

At a US business-services firm, Safiya sat between marketing and sales. Inbound marketing leads came in; she called them, qualified them on need and fit, and passed only sales-ready leads, with notes, to the sales reps. The rest were logged and nurtured.

A reporting dashboard comes with Full Revenue Team, and we also build it as a one-off add-on for teams that already run their own outbound.
For owners who need booked meetings now
For teams ready for steady outbound
For companies building a sales function
Usually not. HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and Zoho all have solid reporting built in. We build there first, so your team doesn't need another login.
Yes, but we fix the data first. A dashboard on bad data is worse than none, because people trust it. We start with an audit and clean up what matters most.
We connect dialers, calendars and email tools through native integrations or Zapier so activity lands in the CRM. If something truly can't connect, we tell you and suggest a workaround.
Activity and meetings weekly. Pipeline and conversion monthly. Win rates and lead sources quarterly, once there is enough data to mean something.
Yes. The dashboard covers whoever logs activity in the CRM. Many clients use it to compare channels and reps side by side.
It can be. We build the dashboard and hand it over. If you also use our outbound services, the weekly report becomes part of every Monday.
Yes, if deals and closed outcomes are tracked in your CRM. Connecting lead source to closed revenue is one of the main things we set up.
Book a strategy call. We'll look at what your CRM tracks today and show you the one-page report we'd build.
