What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company, work email, website, market, the service you are interested in and anything you write in our forms or emails.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, through server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.
- Business contact data for client campaigns: when we run outbound for a client, we process business contact details (names, job titles, work emails and phone numbers) of the people we contact on that client’s behalf.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule calls and prepare quotes.
- To run and improve our website.
- To deliver services to our clients, under their instructions.
- To meet legal obligations, including honouring do-not-call and unsubscribe requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate (email, scheduling, CRM, dialer and hosting providers), bound by contract to protect the data; our clients, for campaign data we process on their behalf; and authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Email info@trifectasalesagency.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. If we contacted you for a client and you don’t want to hear from us again, tell us on the call or reply to the email and we will add you to our suppression list.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry data for as long as we need it to talk with you and for our records, and campaign data for as long as our client agreement requires. We use access controls and reputable providers to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information through our forms.
International transfers
Our team works from Nigeria and our providers may store data in the United States or elsewhere. By contacting us you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country, with the protections described here.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
