Safiya Abdulsalam
Background

Before Trifecta

Safiya started on the phones in 2022 as a cold caller for a California AI company, making 200+ outbound calls a day to introduce the product and gauge need. At a US business-services firm she sat between marketing and sales, calling inbound marketing leads, qualifying them and handing only sales-ready leads to the reps.

Most recently, at a creative agency, she ran high-volume B2B calls to business owners, qualified them on need and fit, managed follow-ups across channels and booked appointments, all tracked in GoHighLevel.

Safiya is the team’s systems person. She builds GoHighLevel workflows (SMS, email and voicemail-drop sequences, calendar routing), verifies lists against your ideal customer profile and refines scripts and cold email copy based on response data. She holds certifications in lead qualification and nurturing automation (Zapier Learn) and cold calling (LinkedIn Learning).
